2004-2005 Rates

Our rates are equivalent to or less than what you would pay for a single hotel room or a room at a B &B.  At Papaaloa Plantation, you get the exclusive use of the entire house and our 15 acre property.  We require a three night minimum stay.

Payment Terms

·        We accept cash and personal or cashiers checks.

·        We require a 50% deposit in advance in order to confirm a reservation.

·        Payment in full must be received 10 days prior to the stay.

·        Up to 30 days before the stay, deposits will be refunded in full less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

·        Deposits for cancellations within 30 days of the stay will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the stay with other guests.

·        No shows will be charged for the entire stay.
